皇家娛樂城 faculty, staff, and students聽are eligible to obtain a free subscription to Microsoft Office 365 (O365) through our campus site-licensing agreement. The O365 software exists in both desktop and online versions. Please see eligibility requirements below.

The full suite of desktop software is available to聽either:

• Full time students
• Faculty or staff who are assigned an 皇家娛樂城 computer

All 皇家娛樂城 account holders may use the online/web apps, which are accessible through an internet browser.

Get Started with Office 365

1. Open your web browser and go to .
2. Log in using your 皇家娛樂城 email address in the format of
   userid@american.edu and your my皇家娛樂城 portal password.
3. From the O365 Portal landing page, launch any of the available web applications to get started. To download the O365 desktop applications, follow these .

Please Note: Microsoft stipulates that the subscription to Office 365 will expire聽once you graduate or leave 皇家娛樂城.
