The OIT Change Enablement Team develop and drive successful change enablement strategies for technology that incorporate the five change management levers: developing communications, obtaining sponsorship, providing coaching, and training, and minimizing change resistance. 聽

This team鈥檚 people-first mission and efforts will result in faster change adoption rates, increased system utilization and understanding, and improved return on investment. As the Office of Information Technology navigates the expansion and implementation of multiple transformative enterprise applications, such as Workday, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager,聽and ServiceNow, the need has arisen to embrace a formal change enablement strategy to manage the people side of those substantive changes to ensure successful adoption and ongoing maturity.
