If there is one thing we have to recognize singer Ray C for it’s her resilience. Just when you think she is down and out, she pulls yet another surprise from her hat of tricks. The singer has decided to try her hand in acting.

The uko wapi singer is starring in a Tanzanian movie titled Beautiful produced by seasoned director Tuesday Kihangala.

The movie, shot in Morogoro, will be released soon.In a recent interview she also revealed that she would be setting up a foundation. The yet to be named foundation will be working to help orphans and the sick who cannot afford medical care. She is also working to release her new album in May.
